Who we are

Yomii Goods (yomiigoods.space) is a private listing tool used to prepare and manage eBay listings for our own household. It is not offered as a public service and does not sell or share data with third parties.

What we collect

• Account email and name, used to sign in to the tool.
• Photos and item details you upload to create listings.
• If you connect an eBay account: OAuth access and refresh tokens, your eBay user ID, and order/fulfillment data needed to create listings and manage sales on your behalf.

How we use it

Data is used solely to operate the tool: generating listing drafts, posting listings to eBay at your request, and tracking orders. Item photos are sent to Anthropic's API for AI analysis when you request it. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with any other party.

Where it lives

Data is stored with Supabase (database and file storage) and the site is hosted on Vercel. eBay tokens are stored server-side and are never exposed to the browser.

eBay account deletion

We subscribe to eBay's Marketplace Account Deletion notifications. When eBay notifies us that an eBay user has closed their account, we delete the stored tokens and related data for that user.

Data deletion requests

To request deletion of your data, email yomiigoods47@gmail.com and we will remove it within 30 days.
